We require at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. You can leave a voicemail or send a text/email. If we are not notified, the card on file will be charged 50% of the booked service price. In the case you are running late we allow up to 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Anything later will need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Thank you!
